Due to the lack of funds available by Commissioners Court for 92-93,
Tammie Ptarquette's final day will be December 31, 1992.
Beulah Byas will go from Part-time to full time. Beulah has been caith
this office 4 1/2 years and is not a ne~v hire. Respectfully ask that she
be classified at least 12-3. She is now classified at 12-2 (part-time)
and she is taking over two (2) jobs. We have funds for 12-6 in budget.
Request Jan Slcowron be laterally transferred to JP 3 at same salary;
he has worked for this office since 1989 and his last day with JP 1
will be December 31, 1992.
Mr. Morgan, do we still need to keep hand records of hlagistration
warnings or can we rescind the original order since it is double work?
