Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to enter into
t:he Ccmmissioners' l'ourt Minutes an order clarifying the

lines in the Commissioners' Precincts ar,d the Justice of the
Peace Prer_incls. The intention of the court in ordering the
redistricting was to create the new offices as of January 1,

lines is, therefore, January 1, 1993.
