APPROVAL OF RENEWAL LEASE AGREEMENT
FOR PROPERTY AT 323 EARL GARRETT
On this the 23rd day of March 1992, upon motion made by Commissioner
Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court UNANIPIOUSLY
APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0, to renew lease at 323 Earl Garrett with
Mr. Allison as per agreement (.33~ a square foot = $1,138.00 per month)
for a two year period effective April 1, 1992 to hIarch 31, 1994 and
to move office space with the County Attorney and Extension Office
and move Tommy Aall to the County Clerk's Office and to allow the
sheriff temporary use of the three remaining empty offices in the
basement.

2. County wants to reduce its total rent burden by $10,000 per
year.
3. Current monthly rent to Allison is $1,575 per month x 12

4. Proposed reduction of rent by Allison:

a. New proposed rent of 1 158 per month is 33G per square
foot based on 3500 square feet (building measures 25 feet

5. Landlord continues to bear burden of property taxes and
