323 EARL GARRETT ON PROPOSED OFFICES TO BE MOVED
On this the 13t_h day of April 1992, upon motion made by
Commissfones- Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Hol.ekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to amend Order
# 20840 to have the County Attorney's Office and the County
Extension Service change Offices. The County Attorney to
move to 700 Main St., and the County Extension Service to
move to '323 Earl Garrett effective May 1, 1`y92. Lease
Agreement to be fur one year and not two years as previous
order stated.

APPROVAL OF RENEWAL LEASE AGREEMENT
FOR PROPERTY AT 323 EARL GARRETT
On this the 23rd day of March~~1992, upon motion made by Commissioner
Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court UNANIMOUSLY
APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0, to renew lease at 323 Earl Garrett with
Mr. Allison as per agreement (.334 a square foot _ $1,158.00 per month)
for a two year period effective April 1, 1992 to March 31, 1994 and
to move office space with the County Attorney and Extension Office
and move Tommy Hall to the County Clerk's Office and to allow the
sheriff temporary use of the three remaining empty offices in the
basement.
