APPROVAL FOR VARIANCE FROM PLATTING
AND
ONLY CONVEYING BY NiETES AND BOUIQDS
On this the 20th day of January 1992, upon motion made by Commissioner
Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED
BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0, the request by Clay Dahlberg the request for a
variance from platting and acquire that certain 2.54 acres fronting
on Highway 39 by metes and bounds to add to his property. Variances
of this nature having been approved by the Attorney General.
