Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unani~oualy approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
variance from subdivision regulations and platting
requirements for 10.320 acre tract owned by Harry Homilius
out of the Joseph G. King Survey No. 32, Abstract No. 220 by
metes and bounds between both buyer and seller.

Field notes of a 10.320 acre, more or less, tract of land out
of the Joseph G. King Survey No. 32, Abstract No. 220, Kerr County,
Texas located about 11.8 miles S 55° E of the county seat in Kerrville,
Texas, being the southern portion of a 25.863 acre tract and being
more fully described as follows:
Beginning at an existing iron pin for the southeast corner of
this tract, said pin being N 08° 26' W 4,108' from the reported
southeast corner of the Joseph G. King Survey No. 32;
Thence, S 89° 30' OG" W 641.54' to an. existing iron pin in
a fence;
Thence, with fence N 00° 29' 34" W 711.77' to an iron pin set
for the northwest corner of this tract;
Thence, 9 87° 21' S7" E 683.16' to an iron pin set on the
centerline of a 40' road easement;
Thence, with said centerline of easement as follows:
S 18° 02' 41" W 61.55'
S 02° 18' 37" W 363.75'
S 11° 12' 47" W 103.48' and
S 07° 12' 18" E 152.49' to the place of beginning
and containing 10.320 acres of land, more or less.
