APPROVAL OF VARIANCE FROM PLATTING
REQUIREMENTS OF THE KERR COUNTY
SUBDIVISION RULES AND REGULATIONS
On this the 11th day of May 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Holkamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to grant a
variance from platting requirements of the Kerr County
Subdivision Rules and Regulations for the partitioning of the
Joe W. Smith Estate.
