FIRST AMENDMENT TO EMS INTERLOCAL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
WBEREAS, the City of Kerrville, the County of Kerr and the
City of Ingram have heretofore entered into that certain EMS
Interlocal Cooperative Agreement ("Interlocal Agreement"); and
WAEREAS, the parties to the Interlocal Agreement desire to
amend Paragraph 5(d)(i) thereof to clarify the provisions with
respect to the appointment therein provided with respect to the
Board of Directors of the Kerr Emergency Medical Services Agency;
Therefore, the undersigned parties hereby amend the Interlocal
Agreement as follows:
1. Paragraph 5(dl(i). The last sentence of Paragraph
5(d)(i) of the Interlocal Agreement, which reads as
follows, is hereby deleted:
"Such member shall reside in the City limits of one of
such member jurisdiction(s)."
and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"It is preferred, but not required, that such member
reside in the City limits of one of such member
jurisdiction(s) (being at this time only the City of
Ingram)."
2. No Other Amendment. Except as herein amended, the
Interlocal Agreement is and shall continue in full force
and effect in accordance with its terms.
