Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the Court UNANIN.OUSLY
APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0, to ratify Order No. 19201 dated
November 6, 1989, authorizing W. G. Stacy, County Judge to act
solely as a representative of the Court in Lieu of Judge Edwards.
