AND HIRING OF DI STEFANO & ASSOCIATES

On this the 24th day of January 1992, upon motion made by Commissioner
Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Pdorgan, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED
BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0, to hire Di Stefano and Associates as architects
for the Kerr County Jail and Office Space, subject to plans being
presented.
