The, purpose of this letter is to submit my resignation a:y an
appointed member of the Kerr Emergency 9-1-1 Network Boars' of
Mangers. The court appointed me t.o this position with my term
expiring August ;1, 199.
The current Director cif the dis~~rict has resigns=d and I was able
to work out an am;-enable agreement with the Board of Managers to
serve as the District's director starting January 1, 1993.
If the schedule of the court allows someone to be appoint.er~~ to
fill out my une:*'pirerl term prior to January lti, 199, our ne;:t.
scheduled meetirn~, it waald be appreciate by the board of manag-
ers.
It has bean a pleasure to have served the comm~;nity and Harr
County Commissioners court as a member of the Board of Managers.
