Two signatures are required on all checks dispensing funds belonging to the organization general fund. The signatures of the President, Secretary, and Treasurer should be recorded as alternates at the bank. A.RTIOLE V BUSINESS OE ORGANIZATION yeotion 1. The business of the organization shall be conducted by a Doard of Directors consisting of seven persons elected at the annual meeting by the organizations President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and three directors. Section 2. The Board of Directors shall have authority to sot for the Oenter and shall: a. supervise the affairs of the Oenter b. make reoommendatione to the Oenter Group o. transact business of the Oenter, and d. designate priorities of pro~eote and improvements. Section 3. The term of office shall be for two years and not more than ?c•ur consecutive years in the same capacity. The President, Treasurer, ani one Director will be elected in even numbered years, with the Vioe- ?:eaident, Secretary and two Directors being elected in odd numbered years. Section 4. The Board of Directors will have authority to fill any vacancies caused by resignation or failure to serve. section 5.
