the Assistant County Attorney, and David Litke, the Enviromental Health Officer to prepare
a proposed order incorporating the Citizen's Carmittee, State Audit, and the Commuiity Action
Groups recommendations as appropriate and present a draft to Commissioners' Court for
°~ssible acceptance and future adoption.

On this the 13th day of January 1992, upon motion made by Ccm¢missioner Oehler, seconded by
Commissioner Lackey, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0, to remove Priour
Ranch Road from the County maintained list which was listed in error, as requested by Dale
Priour of Priour Brothers Ranch.

end of Kelly Creek Road. Mrs Simkins did give easement to Kerr County for a turnaround.
