4-0-0, to advertise for bids on the Kerr County 1992 Seal Coat Project to be
received by the County Clerk's Office until March 6, 1992, at 5:00 P.M. and
opened and read aloud in Commissioners' Court at 10:00 A. M. March 9, 1992.

APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF HEADQUARTERS
RANCH
On this the 13th day of January 1992, upon motion made by Commissioner Oehler,
seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the Court UNANIPIOUSLY APPROVED BY A VOTE OF
4-0-0, to accept the preliminary plat of Headcniarters Ranch. The Haneowners
Association will maintain the private_roads_in the subdivision and ferr.County
will not accept future road witki easements less than 60' wide. This is to be
displayed on the front of the plat.
