APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WOODCREc'K
SUBDIVISION IV
On this the 13th day of January 1992, upon motion made by Commissioner `riolekamp, seconded
by Commissioner P~iorgan, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0, to approve the
preliminary plat of Woodcreek Subdivision IV with there not being any buildings ether than
according to the restrictions and disclaimers to be indicated on the plat. Kerr County
will receive the Right of Way easement.

Discussion of Preliminary Plat of Verde Park Estates III. The opening of a new road called
Tremper Trail in the Verde Park Estates. Irving Road is being used as a public road at this
time and residents of this area are wanting the traffic to stop using this road because it
is a private road. The subdivision is not platted at this time. Mr. Voelkel is to come
back to the Court with a change on the contour of the road.

Discussion was held on increasing the scope of and the duties included in the job description
of the County Engineer. bir. Jolu-iston addressed the Court asking if the Court would like for
him to add more hours to his time with the County and the Court was pleased with the Job
Mr. Johnston has done for Kerr County, but at this time it would not be feasible to upset
the budget and give Mr. Johnston more work to do. The Court feels that the best thing to do
at this time is to remain with the job description that Mr. Johnston has and try to keep
the tax rate down. The Court did agree that Mr. Johnston has done an excellent job for the
County.
