Discussion of renewal /extension of lease of 323 Earl Garrett between Ferr County and
A. P. Allison. Commissioner Uehler addressed the Court with a proposal to lease the
Executive Center for the County Attorney's Office and Offices now occupying the Allison
Building. The Executive Center has 3,117 square feet available for lease for $50.00
a month less than what we arc currently paying i~ir'. Allison now. After further discussion
the Court decided to approve the proposal but to get Frankie Speakmon, Stan keid, and
Tommy Tomlinson involved to see if there are phone lines and computer lines available
and the expense involved to have the offices moved fresn their present location and to
sulxnit their findings to the court at a later date.
