Library for $1,380.73, Public Library for $33,916.66, Juvenile State Aid Fund for $983.50,
xffic Safety Fund for $24.55, Juvenile Intensive Program State Aid Fund for $78.25,
Indigent Health Care for $773.85, State Funded 216th District Probation for $858.49,
and State Funded - Carmunity Corrections for $6,700.62.
On motion made by Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the Court

include Indigent Health Care Bills for $10,245.90

seconded by Commissioner Pbrgan, the Court UNANIP7OUSLY APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0,
declare an emergency, draw funds of $6,555.00 fran General Fund and place $6,555.00
in Line Item # 10-512-339, Out of County Prisoners, and authorize expenditures of

The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby authorized to issue a handcheck
totaling $21,246.30, $20,840.00 to be drawn on Line Item # 10-412-339, Out of County
Prisoner Expense and $406.30 to be drawn on Line Item # 10-512-333, to Bell County.

Regular Session on Monday, January 13, 1992, Special Session on Monday, January 20,
1992, Special Session on Friday, January 24, 1992, Special. Session on Monday, January
1992, Emergancy Session on Dbnday, January 27, 1992, and Special Session on Friday,
January 31, 1992, as recorded in Vol S, Pages 511 thru 542.

ACCEPTANCE OF D90NTfII,Y REPORTS
On this the 10th day of February 1992, came on to be considered by the Court the various
reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard
and considered by the Court, finds that said reports should be accepted and filed
with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
Nbtion was made by Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Holekamrp, the Court
UNANIi~YAJSLY ACCEPTED the monthly reports.
