On this the 10th day of February 1992, came on to be considered by the Court the various
reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard
and considered by the Court, finds that said reports should be accepted and filed
with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
Motion was made by Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the Court

seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVID BY A VGTE OF 4-0-0,
to have Elected Officials be the Records Management Officer for their respective
Offices as established by law and are responsible for sulinitting a records managen~nt
policy to the Texas State Library, Appoint County Auditor as Records Management Officer
for the Auditor's Office, Appoint the Assistant Administator to the Comm ssioners'
Court as Records Management Officer for the Commissioners' Court and departments
directed by the Commissioners' Court, and Appoint Assistant County Attorney, Auditor,
District Clerk and County Clerk as a Records Management Committee to review retention
hedules of each Uffice, Organize and maintain a records retention center, and assist
Records Management Officers.
