On this the 18th day of February 1992, upon motion made by Commissioner Oehler,
seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court BY A S-1AJORITY VOTE OF 3-2-0, approved
to post the Proposed Rules and Regulations filed January 24, 1992 and the
amendments discussed on February 18, 1992, for the public view. A public hearing
will be held at a later date at which time a final copy will be submitted from the
above docimients.

SUBLETT VS KE32R COUNTY
On this the 18th day of February 1992, upon motion made by Commissioner Oehler,
seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0,
to settle with R. C. Sublett on litigation of Roadway Easement Dispute as recommended
by District Court Appointed Mediator and authorization for County Judge to sign
this agreement.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby authorized to draw a voucher
for the amount of settlement made payable to R. C. Sublett for litigation of roadway
easement dispute.
