On this the 24th day of February 1992, upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp,
seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court VOTED 3-0-1, `vVITH CD!'4II~iiSSIODIER A4RGAN
~,BSTAINING, to adopt the resolutions
P7f3EREAS, Section 26.124 of the Texas Water Code authorizes a local government,
by resolution, to be invested with the power to enforce the provisions of Section
26.121 of the Texas Water Code; and
WHEREAS, the protection of the water resources of Kerr County, Texas, is of prianary
importance to the Commissioners' Court; BE IT THEREFORE,
RESOLVED, that Kerr County, Texas hereby authorizes the Kerr County Attorney's
Office, with approval of the Commissioners' Court on a case-by-case basis, to exercise
the power to enforce section 26.121 of the Texas Water Code.
