On this the 24th day of February 1992, upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp,
seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0,
to adopt the resolution presented by Kerr 911 Network relative to addressing,
contingent on it~ns discussed and authorization for the County Judge's Signature
based on approval of the County Attorney's opinion.

On this the 24th day of February 1992, upon motion made by Commissioner Oehler,
seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED BY A VOTE OF
4-0-0, to incorporate 323 Earl Garrett proposal from Mr. Allison with the relocation
of Office Study being done by Commissioner Oehler and appoint Conunissioner Lackey
to help with study, pursuing the proposal and review options for space, and to
cane back to the Court with a recommendations on such proposal.
