Subject: V7ater drainage on streets in Greernaood Forest Area.
John Jarvis addressed the Court with a problem of runoff of water in the Green-
wood Forest Area. They have flooded yards and are restricted to use cf.their
facilities. Algae in some areas is an inch thick. The road crews have done a
good job in trying to correct the problem but until the weather clears they
can't do any more. We need a solution to this problem. besat3se_ecanaviezlly__it
hurts the sale of property and health wise it is a hazard. Commissioner Oehler
is to meet with the Homeowners Association to see what can be done to correct
the problem.
