Item # 2.10 ao$a8~ ~ Subject: V7ater drainage on streets in Greernaood Forest Area. John Jarvis addressed the Court with a problem of runoff of water in the Green- wood Forest Area. They have flooded yards and are restricted to use cf.their facilities. Algae in some areas is an inch thick. The road crews have done a good job in trying to correct the problem but until the weather clears they can't do any more.
