They have flooded yards and are restricted to use cf_their facilities. Algae in sane areas is an inch thick. The road crews have done a good job in dying to correct the problem but until the weather clears they can't do any more. We need a solution to this problem a~eeasse_eeoxlckvically_ it hurts the sale of property and health wise it is a hazard.
