Taco Bell being one of the businesses coming in sometim this year. Commissioner Lackey is against accepting the lowest bid on various jobs. 64hitt Road is a mess right now and the job was bid by the hour, I would much rather bid by the job and not by the hour. Commissioner Holekamp, - EATS Contract was discussed and Stan Reid has the original and has bid proposals. It should be ready by July 20, 1992. Lane Valley is working real well with easements. Higlaray Department is checking water levels every fifteen days but can't start work until water levels cane doom. Any questions needing to be answered should be addressed to the Highway Department. Cacenissioner Oehler - Indian Creek is out of our hands until further payment is needed. Item # 2.08 Ex Parte - to be taken out. The exparte provides communications with the Court. 5.02 E. was discussed of proper discharged water. The discussion of having bathroans instead of bedrooms and people changed. Permissioner of property owners to have saneone inspect their septic system. Useage of grey water would be conservation. Without the exparte what would be the sense in having Enviromental Health Officer? Stan Reid is against leaving the exparte out. Juvenile Board Dlembers: Stephen B. Ables, District Judge 216th, IInil riarl Prohl, District Judge 198th. Discussion was held on whether or not to build a new building for the Juvenile Detention Center, Do away with the Detention Center or Transporting of the ,.., Juveniles to other counties. The Juvenile Advisory Board did a study for a Juvenile Detention Center involving other counties expenditures, pros and cons, etc. A Juvenile Detention Center can be funded by grants.
