claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts,
which clair,~s and accounts approved for payment out of General for $66,464.28,
--~ Jury for $1,920.65, Fire Protection for $10,543.93, Road and Bridge for $47,694.35,
County Law Library for $1,075.55, Juvenile State Aid Fund for $151.25, Juvenile
Intensive Program-State Aid Fund for $83.25, Indigent Health Care for $1,423.05,
86 State Funded - 216th District Probation for $1,789.30, and 87-State Funded-
Community Corrections for $2,139.57.
On mootion made by Commissioner Holekamrp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0, to pay said claims and accounts
with the exception of Invoice # 29478 for $81.18 and to include the Indigent
Health Care Bills for $469.52.

to declare an emergency to transfer $21,720.00 fran Line Item No. 10-512-339, Out
of County Prisoner to the Kerr County Jail.

voucher for $21,720.00 made payable to Bell County Sheriff's Department for
the Kerr County Jail.
