On this the 23rd day of March 1992, upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp,
seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court UNANII~iOUSLY APPROVr',D BY A VOTE OF
4-0-0, to approve the alternate proposal for capital expenditures to purchase
two video camera's and one radar unit for a total of $5,348.18, for the Department
of Public Safety.

AVIATION BOARD
On this the 23rd day of March 1992, came on to be considered by the Court the
appointment to the City/County Aviation Board. Judge Stacy made a motion to
appoint Barry DicCollun and Cy Minnett and it was seconded by Commissioner Lackey,
a substitute motion was made by Commissioner Holekamp appointing Dale Gregory
and Dr. John Davis, substitute motion passed by a MAJORITY VOTE OF 3-2-0, to
appoint Dale Gregory and Dr. John Davis to the City/County Aviation Board.
