On this the 23rd day of March 1992, came on to be considered by the Court the
appointmient to the City/County Aviation Board. Judge Stacy made a nrotion to
appoint Barry DicCollLUn and Cy Minnett and it was seconded by Commissioner Lackey,
a substitute motion was made by Commissioner Holekamp appointing Dale Gregory
and Dr. John Davis, substitute motion passed by a MAJORITY Vl7Pr: OF 3-2-0, to
appoint Dale Gregory and Dr. John Davis to the City/County Aviation Board.
