Discussion of question posed by the City for r~'IS Services. The city does want
the County's input. Is the Court in favor or setting up an agency to make
these decisions or does the County want to participate or do they want the city
to make the decisions? Suggestion was made to sit down with City Counsel and
discuss these issues. The Safety Committee and the City made it clear that
we need a medical director. The Safety Coim~ittee can't make binding cannents.
The Court would be in favor of impowerment to direct and coordinate medical
services for such contract or agreement. It is the consensus of the Court for
the City to Contract for the County.

Bruce Oehler - Nothing
Holekamp -Lane Valley waiting for water level to go dawn to start on Contract,
Highway Department.
Lackey - Split Rock Drainage have easement, Gravel pit stopped.
Morgan - Nothing
Frankie Speakmon - The fertilizer made the weeds gray even more. Still working
on Fountain Repair, and may have to make a trip to San Antonio, or Houston
doesn't know of anyone else that can do the job. Compton has said he will help
out with the cost involved to do the job. We are having trouble with our printers
and it is costing a great deal of money to keep them going. llistrict Clerk
wants a metal detector. I'm spraying for bugs once a week instead of once a
~onth.
