Mr. John Jarvis addressed the Court saying conditions have not changed any since
the last meeting as far as the water problems in Greenwood Forest and would like to
see a solution for the problem. Commissioner Oehler is to meet with the Nlr. Jarvis
and the Homeowners Association.

b1s. Lynn LebSeilleur and Harriett Saunder addressed the Court with the problem of
water and drainage and other problgns that effect the proposed location and construction
requirements for the road shown on the preliminary plat for Verde Park Estates
Section III. Pictures were shown to the Court on the problems h1s. Harriett Saunder's
has on her property. The Court feels that these problems do need to be corrected
but they do not think that the problem is being caused by the developer ~titr. living.
There was not a solution that came of this meeting.
