Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously •pprovad by a vote of 4-0-0, to accept the
proposal for update on personnel classification; personnel
manual, etc. to Allison and Associates, said award not to
exceed 85,300.00, and partial information to be available
July 15, 1992.

Contract with Harmony Family Services, Inc., and authorize
