Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Nolekamp, the
court unanieouely approved by a vot• o! ~-0-0, to approve the
expenditure of 5300.00, for title work on land to be acquired
by the County for the Precinct # 4 Yard and have funds come
out of Line Item Na. 10-409-575, Land Acquisitions, for
Precinct # 4.
