OPENED AND READ BIDS ALOUD FOR FRENCH
DRAIN ON RANCHERO ROAD CONSTRUCTION
On this the 4th day of May 1992, came on to be considered by
the Court the bide of Bennett Jordan for 529,130.00 and a bid
from Wheatcraft Inc. for 540,449.20 upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
- Court unanimously approved by a vot• of 4-0-0, to refer the
bids to the Roed and Bridge Administator, Leonard Odem and
The County Auditor, Tommy Tomlinson for further consideration
and to come back to the Court with a decision to reject or
accept the bide proposed.

APPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH HERRVILLE
TELEPHONE COMPANY AND AUTHORIZATION
OF THE COllNTY JUDGE'S SIGNATURE
On this the 4th day of May 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vot• o! ~-0-0, to approve the
contract with Kerrville Telephone Company and authorize the
County Judge to sign said contract.
