Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unaniaou~ly approved by a vote of 4-0-0. to accept the
low bid of 829,130.00 from Bennett Jordan for French Drains
for Ranchero Road Construction as per the recommendation of
Leonard Odom Jr., County Road Administrator.

On this the 11th day of May 1992, upon motion made by

Court unaniaouely approved by a vote of 9-0-0, to approve the
final replat of Guadalupe Ranch Estates, Section Two, Tract
No. 231 S 232, Tract 232 to divided in half, one half to
tract 231, and one half to tract 232.

On this the 11th day of May 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanlmoualy approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
preliminary replat of Guadalupe Ranch Estates, Section Two,
subject to the designation of well and septic tanks location
on the final plat.
