Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanisously approved by a vot• of 4-0-0, to approve the
preliminary plat of Cave Springe, Section V, Phase 4, Tract
24, Block 3, consisting of 3.27 acres of land.
