BUDGET AMENDMENT TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY
TRANSFERRING FUNDS IN THE KERR COUNTY JAIL
AND AUTHORIZATION OF A HANDCHECK
On this the 26th day of May 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanlwoutly approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to transfer
55,250.00 from Surplus Funds to Line Item No. 10-512-339,
Prisoner Out of County, in the Kerr County Jail.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to dray a voucher for 55,250.00 made payable to
the Bandera County Sheriff.

Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanlmoualy •pprovad by a vot• of 4-0-0, to transfer
51,107.00 from General Fund to Line Item No. 10-436-497,
Court Transcripts and authorization of a handcheck.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for 51,107.00 made payable to
Richards 8 Mitchell Court Reporting in the 198th District
Court.
