variance as per section 9 0Ł Kerr County Road SpeciŁicatione,
that all roads in Verde Park Estates Section III are private
roads.

REGARDING THE COURTHOUSE GROUNDS

committee consisting oŁ five to seven members to set
guidelines and/or rules Łor the Courthouse grounds.
