and the following proceedings were had:

CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 8th day of June 1992, came on to be considered
the various Claims and Accounts against Kerr County and the
Various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims and accounts
approved for payment out of General for 531,845.50, Jury for
5214.96, Road and Bridge Additional Registration Fee for
5277.60, Fire Protection for S4, 166.67, Road and Bridge for
922,545.39, Public Library for 516,958.34, Juvenile State Aid
Fund for 5256.60, Traffic Safety Fund for S1, 661. 13,
Permanent Improvement for 55,204.47, State Funded-216th
District Probation for 51,082.87, and State Funded -Community
Corrections for 53,282.20.
On motion made by Commissioner Lackey seconded by
Commissioner Oehler the Court unanimously sppTOVed by a
vote oŁ 4-0-0, to pay said claims and accounts, with the
exception that invoice numer 31242 in the Road and Bridge
Department for 51,198.50 to Henry Griffin he withheld.
