proceedings were had:

APPROVAL TO HENRY GRIFFIN'S BILL
On this the 11th day of June, 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner, Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to approve to
pay Invoice Number 31242 in the amount of 51,198.50 to Henry
Griffin.
Presentation of Bond Advisors
Southwest Securities Inc. represented by Floyd R. Westerman
and Duane L. Westerman along with Ed H. Esquivel from
Fulbright and Jaworski addressed the Court informing the
Court that Southwest Securities Inc. have experience in Kerr
County. They would love to work in Kerr County again. They
would handle the wording of the ballot and do all the legal
documents, notices that go along with the election. They
could have it all lined up by 30 days that you need to hold
an election, order the supplies and do the notices for the
paper and other miscellaneous items needed to meet all legal
requirements.
