CONSIDERRTION OF HIRING R FINRNCIAL FIRM
TO RSSIST WITH THE PROPOSED BOND ELECTION
On this the 26th day of June 1992, came on to be considered
the Contracts of Southwest Securities Inc. and Rauscher^
Pierce Refsnes, Inc. a motion was made by Commissioner
Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner^ Oehler, the Court
unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to appoint Rauscher^
Pierce Refsnes, Inc. as financial advisor for the pr^oposed
Rond Election. Commissioner Holekamp stated they would not
get paid any monies unless a bond is passed.

On this the 2Eth day of June 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to adjourn.
