APPROVAL OF AMENDING ORDER # 20949
On this the 13th day of July 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to amend Order
# 20949 to read:

Approval of Appropriation of Additional
Funds for the Ranchero Road Project
On this the 2Eth day of May 1992, upan motion made by
Commissioner LacY.ey, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to approve
575,000.00 additional funds for the finishing of the Ranchero
Road Project. Said funds to be used from Fund 13, Special
Road Projects.

Consideration of KEMSA documents presented at the June 22nd
meeting by Jae Herring, Jr.
Commissioner Holekamp, said the documents were being reviewed
by the County Attorney and has made same suggestion and
remarks but the talks are not completed with Wallace,
Jackson, & Machann.
Joe Herring acknowledged the questions and remarks and said
that he felt that there was nothing in the contract that
could not be worked out. Holekamy herpes they can get
together at a public. safety meeting to work out the details.
