APPROVAL OF COMPLETION OF THE ROAD AND
BRIDGE OFFICE SPACE
On this the 13th day of July 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unaniwously approved by a vote o! 4-0-0, to complete
the work needed for the Road and Bridge Office; funds to
complete the cork are to be paid out of Line Item No.
15-611-553, Contract Fees, funds are not to exceed 529,000.00
for the Road and Bridge Maintenance Facility.

Preliminary Plat Conference on a division of Thrill Hill.
Mr. Lee is ranting to sell a portion of his property and
divide the property. The property at the present time ie
owned by Mr. Lee and his son-in-lac, Mr. Lee urns 3.01 acres
of land and his son-in-law orna 2.27 acres of land. He is
asking for a variance and possibility of division of
property. The only access to the property is the road Thrill
Hill. There are many questions that rare asked of Mr.
Domingues such as the location of the water cells and the
amount of acreage of the property. The property is not up to
standards according to our subdivision rules end regulations.
It could probably coat more to bring this property up to
standards than what it ie north.
