BRIDGE OFFICE SPACE
On this the 13th day of July 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekemp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vole o! 4-0-0, to complete
the work needed for the Road and Bridge Office; funds to
complete the cork are to be paid out of Line Item No.
15-611-553, Contract Fees, funds are not to exceed 529,000.00
for the Road and Bridge Maintenance Facility.

Preliminary Plat Conference on a division of Thrill Hill.
Mr. Lee is wanting to sell a portion of his property and
divide the property. The property at the present time ie
owned by Mr. Lee and hie eon-in-lac, Mr. Lee owns 3.01 acres
of land and his son-in-lav owns 2.27 acres of land. He is
asking for a variance and possibility of division of
property. The only access to the property is the road Thrill
Hill. There are many questions that were asked of Mr.
Dominguee such ae the location of the water wells and the
amount of acreage of the property. The property is not up to
standards according to our subdivision rules and regulations.
It could probably cost more to bring this property up to
standards than what it is worth.
