REGULATIONS OF PRIVATE SEWAGE FACILITIES
OF KERR COUNTY (5.02 CAI)

On this the 13th day oŁ July 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to grant a
variance from the Rules and Reguletlons of Private Sewage
Facilities of Kerr County Section 5.02 (a), as requested by
Pauline Chambers, to cross utillty easements and lot lines
between Lote 36 and 37 in Hi Senator Mobile Home Estates
Subdivision.
