CONSIDERATION OF AC9UISITION OF PROPERTY
On this the 14th day of July 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unaniwouwly approved by a vot• of 4-0-0, to pursue the
purchase of the Guadalupe Savings and Laan Buildings from
Lindsey Duff Enterprises and authorize the County Attorney to
make a contract and draw up the necessary documents to pursue
the purchase of said property.

FRANKIE SPEAKMOH - spoke to the Commissioners of the coat
involved to fix the water fountain Charles Whelan has given
an estimate of 34,000.00. Frankie said he has tro Contracts
one for the vaehing of the building and one for the repairs
on the windows of the Old Courthouse the estimation for both
of these contracts ie between 310,000.00 to 315,000.00.
Frankie also reported that there had been a stoppage in the
sewer that waa caused by the Juveniles in the Juvenile
Detention Center.
