Consideration and discussion of Statue Report and 1992 Budget
Request by the ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION.
Dennis Glenxinkle addressed the Court stating that Kerr
County had funded 37000.00 to the Economic Development
Foundation for attracting nex employers. We are happy to
restrict this funding for said purposes. We have monthly and
quarterly reports and the meetinge are very cell attended. We
xere asked to lead a Task Force to stop anyone from closing
the Kerrville State Hospital and re did succeed.

ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION OF TANKER TRUCK
FROM THE U. S. NATIONAL FOREST SERVICE
On this the 27th day of July 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
1, court un•ni•ou•ly •pprovd by • vot• of ~-0-0, to accept the
donation of a tanker truck to be used for fire fighting.
Kerr County ie to slot 3800.00 out of Fire Protection Funds
to be used and owned by Kerr County and do rhatever necessary
to make vehicle operational. The truck is to be added to the
Umbrella Policy for insurance purposes. This is aub~ect to
title transfer to Kerr County.
