APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT AND VARIANCE OF
THRILL HILL - LEE DIVISION
On this the 2'/th day u2 July 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
court unanimou^ly •pprov~d by a vot• of 4-0-0, to approve the
preliminary plat and variance of Thrill Hill - Lee Division
from Subdivision Rules of Kerr County For Private Sewerage
Facility. Ii on-site sewerage facility sails it must be
replaced.

Request variance to the General Revisions of Section I of the
Subdivision Regulations.
Commissioner Morgan recommended that the Lamberts revise the
--~ plan to include more than 2 acres of land due to the fact
that the kiyht of Ways are so narrow and if the property is
ever sold the road would not go down the middle of their
property. Roadway would not be accessible to the public it
would be a private road.

1. of the Resolution to read 5152, 000. 0N; the second motion
was to approve the second blank to read X152,000.00 and not
