court unanimously •pprovad by a vot• of 4-0-0, to grant
variance to Jack. Koenig for Tract B-6 o.I Turtle Creek Ranch
Estates from S. 02K of subdivision rules and regulations of
the Kerr County Private Sewerage Facilities, because it is an
unofficial plat and platting would cause an economic
-- hardship.
