Savings Building.
o~n renovations needed to Guadalupe
C:o rn rnissioner Morgan was asked to be the coordinator and
advertise far bids on the fobs needing to be done on the
Guadalupe Savings Building. We need to renovate the building
with new the to be placed on the roof. The office space in
front needs to be painted, a new air .:onditioning unit is
needed, and we need to comply with the AUA PLAN. The County
Engineer was asked to prepare a proposa;. for office space.
Commissioner Holekamp stated that he was not sure whether or
nut we needed an architect ur an engineer- for the job. Due
to the number of public using the building a need for an
architect wou.Ld be advisable.

H motion was made to accept. the memorandum that Franklin
.. Johnston gave to the Court but was later withdrawn pending
further discussion of space allocation and bids that were
already out to finish the interior of the road and bridge
~epartrnent building. Commissioner Lackey, Commissioner
Uehler, David Luke and Franklin Johnston were to have a
meeting and discuss these things together and come up with a
solution to the problem. This is to be addressed on
Thursday, August 1., 199.
