Savings building.
on renovations needed to Guadalupe
Commissioner Morgan was asked to be the coordinator and
advertise for bids on the Jobs needing to be done on the
Guadalupe Savings building. We need to renovate the building
with new rile to be placed un the roof. "Phe office space lri
front needs to be painted, a new air ,_.onditioning unit is
needed, ar,d we need to comply with the ADA PLAN. The County
Engineer was asked to prepare a pruposa.i iux office space.
Commissioner HoleY.amp stated that he was not sure whether or
not we needed an architect or an enginee.~ for the job. Lue
to the number of public using the building a need fur an
architect would be advisable.

A motion was made to accept the memorandum tt,at Franklin
