RND TRRNSFER FUNDS TO THE KERR COUNTY JRIL
On this the 24th day of August 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Co~_~rt unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0~ to declare an
emergency and transfer fonds fr^om Surplus Funds to Line Item
No. 10-512-3:39, Prisoner O~.rt of County for 523,66.00, and
author^ization of a handcheck in the Kerr County Jail.
The County freas~arer and the Co~_~nty Ruditor are hereby
authorized to dr^aw a voucher for Sii,186.00 made payable to
Tommy Williams, Sheriff and $12,440.00 made payable to Bell
County Sheriff for Oat of County Prisoners Housing.
